About the Role

The Finance Manager is a key leadership position within our Finance department, responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial operations. This role ensures financial targets are met and risks are minimized through diligent bookkeeping, compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, investors, and lenders. The Finance Manager also leads the Financial Planning & Analysis team, drives financial reporting, treasury management, and supports business partnerships to enhance organizational performance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Define KPIs, develop and coach team members, monitor performance, and foster open communication within the finance team.
  • Bookkeeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate accounts, ensure adherence to IFRS and COSO frameworks, manage VAT, corporate tax, ESG/ESR, transfer pricing compliance, and facilitate smooth audits.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting and forecasting, monitor financial performance, analyze budget variances, and implement process and system optimizations.
  • Treasury Management: Manage credit lines, optimize debt structure, oversee debt obligations and financial covenants, and ensure effective working capital management.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, procurement processes, monthly closures, inventory and fixed assets management, and meet financial KPIs.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with leaders across functions to drive operational excellence, support commercial initiatives, optimize systems, manage costs, and contribute to strategic growth and decision support.
Who we are looking for

We seek a qualified accountant with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, and professional certification such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3-5 years leading a finance team of at least five members.

Key competencies include deep expertise in IFRS, ERP systems proficiency, strong financial analysis and strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be adept at partnering with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and upholding the highest ethical standards. Experience in crisis management, data security, and privacy awareness is also essential to succeed in this role.
