About the Role

As a Storekeeper within our Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory control and records, ensuring seamless processes such as receiving, binning, picking, packing, and issuing of materials. You will help maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, supporting the overall success of our material fulfillment activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive and handover inbound shipments, verify shipping documentation and report discrepancies.
• Perform receiving actions for incoming materials and returns, reconcile against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage binning of materials according to manufacturer manuals, safety regulations, and aviation authority legislation, including monitoring storage conditions.
• Pick and issue stored materials in compliance with demand instructions, ensuring accurate labeling and handover to internal customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting, control shelf-life, and safely dispose of expired or surplus materials.
• Prepare outbound materials for shipment, including packing, labeling, documentation, and archiving shipping records.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts where applicable, and adhere to IATA packing standards.
• Support storekeeping activities by performing additional duties as required.

Who we are looking for

We seek a motivated Storekeeper with 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management or storekeeping, preferably within the aviation industry. Candidates should hold a vocational or technical diploma in Supply Chain Management or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous. A valid forklift license and IATA packing certification are required.

The ideal candidate must be physically fit to handle warehouse tasks and demonstrate strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in accurate data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of Oracle cMRO software is advantageous. You should be skilled in warehouse equipment handling and adhere strictly to safety and compliance standards.
