About the Role
As a Senior Officer in Commercial & Sales under Account Management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Engine Shop Visits with both internal and external customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to Sanad Capital's long-term financial targets by building strong customer relationships and overseeing all visit requirements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, provide timely updates, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to foster successful, long-term partnerships within the Aviation & Aero Engine MRO division.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned key accounts, ensuring performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction while identifying up-selling opportunities and addressing challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, operations, logistics, and supply chain to plan and execute Engine Shop Visits efficiently.
- Deliver timely and accurate updates on engine status and maintenance activities to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Conduct and participate in regular meetings with internal teams and customers to communicate updates, align goals, and address challenges effectively.
- Schedule and lead weekly meetings with customers to maintain ongoing communication and monitor project milestones.
- Work closely with the Finance department to perform financial reviews, analyze costs and revenues related to engine shop visits, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and support for the team and organization.
Who we are looking for
We seek a candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience managing or coordinating complex engine MRO agreements, preferably with knowledge of V2500, Trent700, LEAP, and GEnx engines. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related fields is preferred, though vocational or technical training with significant relevant experience is also valued. A valid driver's license is a plus.
The ideal candidate possesses strong customer relationship management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and high emotional and intercultural intelligence. You should have an intermediate understanding of engine MRO processes and a basic grasp of financial principles to support decision-making. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, a proactive and results-driven mindset, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
