Job Description
The Train For Work (TFW) - Operations role is an entry-level position within the Aero Engine MRO division, reporting to the Senior Supervisor or TFW Team Lead - Learning & Development. It offers Emirati Nationals foundational exposure to various operational activities across multiple sections, emphasizing the development of both technical and behavioral competencies. This role supports a culture of continuous learning and development and involves job rotation and work area assignments during the training period. The position is full-time, with a grade level of 13, and operates within Engine Operations, Special Process, Engineering Operations Support, and Engine Planning and Production Control departments.
Responsibilities
- Operational Support (60%): Assist experienced technicians with tasks such as disassembly, assembly, inspection, production planning and control, engineering operations support, and special processes, ensuring strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Learning and Development (25%): Participate actively in training sessions and on-the-job learning to build technical competence and operational skills, while engaging in knowledge sharing and seeking guidance from senior team members.
- Team Collaboration (15%): Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals, foster a positive work environment, demonstrate adaptability, and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or diploma holder.
- Preferably completed vocational or technical training in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or a related discipline.
- No prior work experience required; designed specifically for entry-level Emirati Nationals.

Education
