About the Role

As a Senior Manager Asset Management at Sanad Capital, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Head of Asset Management in overseeing our engine and component asset portfolio. Your expertise will ensure operational excellence, profitability, and strict adherence to company objectives. Acting as deputy during the Head’s absence, you will also serve as a mentor and technical advisor to junior staff. This role involves implementing asset management strategies, coordinating commercial transactions, monitoring engine performance, and optimizing teardown and parts trading operations aligned with Sanad Capital’s strategic and financial goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support Asset Management Strategy (20%): Execute asset management plans including engine acquisition, teardown, and part sales; conduct financial and market analyses; develop business cases and represent the Head when delegated.
  • Execute Asset Transactions and Commercial Activities (25%): Manage asset transactions through deal coordination, due diligence, financial modelling; collaborate with Finance, Legal, Technical, and MRO stakeholders; maintain documentation and ensure compliance.
  • Manage Teardown and Repair Operations (20%): Coordinate teardown programs, repair management, and parts sales with vendors and MROs; monitor turnaround time, costs, and quality; identify process improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting (15%): Prepare reports and dashboards on asset utilization, revenue, and profitability; analyze trends and risks; present findings to support strategic decisions.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing (10%): Provide coaching and training to junior colleagues; foster collaboration and professionalism; support Emiratization initiatives.
  • Compliance and Process Improvement (5%): Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards; participate in process reviews and propose enhancements.
  • Perform Other Duties (5%): Support special projects and additional assignments as directed by the Head or Director of Leasing Operations.
Who we are looking for

We seek a candidate with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, supplemented by preferred certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing, or Financial Analysis. You should bring 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in aviation asset management, engine/component sales, or MRO operations, with a proven track record in asset valuation, teardown management, and parts trading. Experience of 3 to 5 years in team coordination or mentoring is essential, alongside a strong understanding of aviation regulations, OEM maintenance programs, and financial modelling. Key competencies include asset portfolio management, commercial and financial analysis, deal execution, technical market awareness, mentorship, and a commitment to governance and continuous improvement.
