About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist – HR System & Data to administer, support, and continuously improve our HR systems and workforce data environment, with a primary focus on ERP HCM platforms. This role ensures reliable, accurate, and secure employee data, effective reporting and analytics, controlled system changes, and seamless integration between HR and other business applications. The Specialist will collaborate closely with HR process owners, IT, Finance, external vendors, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into system solutions that strengthen data governance and enable informed workforce decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and provide functional support for Oracle and/or SAP HR modules including payroll, absence, performance, recruitment, learning, and employee self-service, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• Investigate and resolve user incidents in coordination with IT, vendors, and HR teams, maintaining detailed logs of issues and resolutions.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of workforce data through regular quality reviews and governance of data definitions, validation rules, and standards.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Power BI, ERP, or other business intelligence tools, delivering timely and accurate workforce information.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and integration projects, including preparing functional and user-acceptance tests, documenting results, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Support administration of system access controls, ensuring compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements, and escalating risks as necessary.
• Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, increase automation, and improve employee and manager experience through digital enablement.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience in HR systems, data management, and reporting. Hands-on expertise with IFS, Oracle HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP HCM, and/or SAP SuccessFactors is essential. Relevant certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, HR analytics, business analysis, or Power BI are advantageous.
