About the Role
The Technician plays a vital role within the Aero Engine MRO division's Engine Operations department. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Principal Technician, or Senior Technician, this position involves executing engine disassembly and assembly activities with strict adherence to approved technical data. The role demands a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) to support efficient and safe engine maintenance operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute the Total Engine Management Process, dedicating approximately 80% of working time to disassembly and assembly tasks in compliance with aviation and HS&E regulations.
- Develop technical competence by mentoring junior technicians and providing guidance to enhance their skills (15% of time).
- Promote ethical leadership and a positive culture by acting as a trusted team member, raising concerns about unethical behavior, and encouraging honest feedback (5% of time).
Who we are looking for
We seek candidates who hold a high school diploma or equivalent with vocational or technical training in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or related fields. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in technical aviation or the MRO industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Aero Engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul processes.
- Proficiency in IT tools relevant to the role.
